1. What makes ELEYA soaps unique?
All ELEYA soaps are handcrafted in small batches using 100% natural and organic olive oils sourced from Ayvalık, Turkey — a region world-renowned for its exceptional olive heritage.
Every bar is made with cold-pressed oils, botanical extracts, and natural essences, ensuring purity, richness, and a luxurious skin feel.
When it comes to olive oil soap, the first question you should ask is this:
Is it made from real olive oil, or from “prina” — the leftover olive pulp?
Many so-called olive oil soaps on the market are made from prina — the residue remaining after olives are pressed, which contains only a small amount of oil and water.
Such soaps often have high and uncontrolled levels of caustic soda (lye).
ELEYA soaps, however, are made from 100% cold-pressed green olives, using only the first golden drops of pure olive oil.
They are completely pure and natural — and that is what makes ELEYA truly unique.
That’s why it is elite, that’s why it belongs to the top-quality segment.
Remember: Not every soap is ELEYA.
2. What is the difference between the Finest Touch and Magical Touch Series?
ELEYA offers two premium quality levels:

Magical Touch Series – A more exclusive, fragrance-intense, and luxurious collection designed for elite hotels, spas, and gift presentations.
The Magical Touch line includes Hammam Series, Royal Hammam Series, Honeymoon Series, and Royal Honeymoon Series, each featuring bespoke packaging such as wooden boxes, genuine leather covers, and satin interiors.
3. Are ELEYA soaps organic and safe for all skin types?
Yes. ELEYA soaps are made entirely from organic olive oil and natural ingredients without any industrial additives or synthetic chemicals.
They are dermatologically safe and not known to cause irritation.
However, as with all natural products, individual reactions may vary, depending on personal skin sensitivity.
ELEYA cannot guarantee identical results for every user, nor can it be held responsible for individual skin reactions.
4. How are the oils sourced?
Our oils are 100% natural olive oils, carefully sourced from Ayvalık, Turkey.
They are cold-pressed and selected only from the finest seasonal harvests, ensuring consistency, purity, and superior moisturizing properties.
5. Do you offer custom or private-label production?
No, All ELEYA products are produced to order and can be customized in fragrance, color, packaging, and design.
We provide 3-bar and 5-bar gift boxes, as well as bulk production for luxury hotels and spas.
Packaging can be tailored with client request with Eleya logos, bespoke materials, and exclusive branding options.
6. What are the minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
The minimum order quantity for bulk or wholesale orders is 100 pieces.
Larger quantities can be arranged based on your packaging, branding, and customization requirements.
For individual purchases, you may also order a single piece through our online store, or via selected local platforms such as Trendyol and Hepsiburada, as well as international marketplaces including Amazon.
7. What is the production and delivery time?
The maximum delivery time for bulk or special orders is 6 weeks from order confirmation and receipt of the initial payment.
As all ELEYA soaps are handcrafted and naturally cured, this period is essential to ensure optimal quality, consistency, and proper drying time.
Please note that industrial-style mass production is not part of our process — every batch is made with artisanal care and precision.
8. How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our “Request for Quotation (RFQ)” page or by contacting our sales team for a customized quotation.
For smaller quantities, you may also purchase securely with your credit card via our online store, as well as through selected local platforms such as Trendyol and Hepsiburada, or international marketplaces including Amazon.
Most of ELEYA’s sales are export-based, proudly serving boutique distributors, luxury hotels, and spas worldwide.
9. What are your Payment Terms for Special / Bulk Orders?
All payments are made via bank transfer.

Production will commence only after receipt of the initial payment.
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, ELEYA does not accept credit, deferred, or consignment terms.
10. Delivery Terms for Special Orders and Quantities?
Special orders are shipped within a maximum of 6 weeks after order confirmation.
ELEYA provides complete export documentation and real-time tracking for all shipments.
Please note that delays caused by international transit or customs procedures are beyond our control; however, we are committed to maintaining transparent and timely communication with our clients throughout the entire process.
11. What countries do you ship to?
ELEYA ships both locally within Turkey and internationally worldwide.
We cooperate with trusted logistics partners such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS for secure and timely deliveries.
All packaging and documentation comply with international export standards.
12. How are the products packaged for shipping?
Each order is professionally packed to prevent damage, moisture, or heat exposure.
Fragile or bulk shipments receive reinforced protective packaging.
Custom gift boxes (wooden, leather, or satin-lined) are handled with additional care and sealed individually.
13. What is your Return Policy?

All ELEYA products are custom-made, and each bar is uniquely crafted to order. Therefore, returns or cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.
Refunds or replacements are only available if the delivered products differ from the approved samples in color, weight, or agreed-upon ingredients.
All claims must be supported by visual evidence and submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Our olive oils are offered based on verified laboratory test results.
Returns are only accepted if the delivered product differs from the certified test specifications agreed upon before shipment.
In such cases, a quality inspection will be performed prior to refund or replacement.
14. What is the shelf life of ELEYA soaps?
Because our soaps are cold-processed and naturally cured, they maintain their best quality for 24–30 months when stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight.
Their fragrance and color may gently soften over time — a hallmark of genuine handmade soap.
15. Do you use animal fats or synthetic additives?
No. ELEYA products are 100% plant-based.
We never use animal fats, parabens, SLS, silicones, or artificial colorants.
All fragrances are derived from natural essential oils and safe for cosmetic use.
16. Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not.
ELEYA is proudly cruelty-free and committed to ethical production practices at every stage.
17. Can I request custom fragrances or packaging designs?
Yes — customization is one of ELEYA’s specialties.
Clients can choose from a range of natural fragrances, box materials, and color palettes.
Only Eleya logo printing, embossing, and exclusive luxury packaging are available upon request.
18. What should I do if my skin reacts to a soap?
Although our soaps are made from pure and gentle natural ingredients, every skin type is unique.
If mild irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.
ELEYA is not responsible for individual reactions resulting from skin sensitivities.
19. Do you guarantee visible skincare results?
Because ELEYA products are natural, the results — such as improved skin softness, clarity, or radiance — vary from person to person. We make no medical or cosmetic guarantees regarding outcomes, but we assure that all products are made with the highest natural purity and care.
20. Do you offer samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. For custom or export orders, samples are provided for approval prior to mass production.
Final production will strictly follow the approved sample specifications.
21. Can ELEYA soaps be used for hotel amenities?
Yes. ELEYA provides Guest Editions (50g mini soaps) specifically designed for 4- and 5-star hotels, as well as Prestige Editions and Royal Editions for 5- and 7-star luxury hotels.
These can be supplied in bulk or gift-box format with customized branding.
22. Are ELEYA products eco-friendly?
Yes. Our soaps and packaging materials are environmentally friendly, biodegradable, and sustainably sourced.
We actively avoid plastic wherever possible, favoring recyclable and natural alternatives.
